General Electric Co. has been awarded $9,211,724 military engine work.
The material procured under the Department of Defense order will be used to replace worn out nozzles and blades during the repair process, thus extending the life of engines, the department said.

Work will be performed in Cincinnati and is expected to be completed by August 2020.
The Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, D.C. was the contracting activity.
