Browse the web faster. Spectrum improves internet speed for Dayton customers

Spectrum has boosted the starting download speed of its internet services for customers in the Dayton region.

The broadband communications company increased download speed by 66 percent with no change in price, Spectrum announced. The faster speeds are available now to new Spectrum Internet customers, and the company has automatically increased speeds for current Spectrum Internet residential customers and Spectrum Business Internet clients in Dayton.

“We’re delivering internet customers even more speed for streaming, surfing and social media, all with no change in the price of their Spectrum package,” said Mark Dunford, regional vice president of operations.

Spectrum introduced its new packaging and pricing to consumers in Dayton in January 2017, offering the fastest starting internet speeds with no data caps, modem fees or contracts.
