New Starbucks coming to Fairfield

Site preparation is expected to start in Fairfield this August for a new Starbucks at the northwest corner of Dixie Highway and Stockton Station Lane, adjacent to Gordon Food Service.

That’s according to Mark Yates, head of construction for Blue Ash-based Viking Partners, who said the Seattle-headquartered coffee chain found the spot ideal for business.

“It hits their demographic mark and the (busy) traffic patterns,” Yates said.

The site should be turned over to Starbucks by year’s end and the new location should be open by early 2017, according to Yates.
