A soft opening takes place from 4 to 9 p.m. today, Thursday and Friday. Normal business hours of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week start Saturday.
This is the fourth location of the restaurant for co-owners John Kallenberger and Michael McCarthy, following locations in Lebanon, Loveland and Clifton.

Breakfast concept Rise N Shine, a restaurant that will mix healthy breakfast fare and a classic hearty breakfast, will open in the building shortly after Roll On In opens. Both restaurants will share the main entrance and will split space within the building.
