$2 billion entertainment complex with beach, indoor skydiving coming to Ohio

A massive, $2 billion entertainment district is set to built not too far from Dayton.

A 350-acre development is planned near I-71 in Delaware County, adjacent to the Tanger Outlet Mall, according to a report from The Columbus Dispatch. Blue Horseshoe Ventures will develop the project, which is named Planet Oasis. A start date is project for December 2018, with initial portions of the project expected to open about a year later.

Here’s what people can expect from the entertainment district:

“It’s a real crossroads … with proximity to 105 million people within 425 miles,” said David Glimcher, CEO of Blue Horseshoe.
