A new service offering alcohol delivery from area businesses is enlarging its footprint into Butler and Warren counties.
Vroom Delivery partnered with Cincinnati businesses last May for alcohol delivery and has since expanded its operations north, said Vroom Marketing Director John Sabo, of Liberty Twp.
The service’s selection features hundreds of local, domestic, imports and craft beers, as well as a variety of wines and low-proof alcohol, Sabo said. In addition, items that can be found in most convenience stores are also available for purchase.
“You could get beer, wine, buns, ice, things that you need if you’re having a get-together and you don’t want to go out,” Sabo said.
“They have quite a large (10-mile) delivery radius but their main focus right now is on West Chester and Mason … but it goes into Liberty Twp. (as well),” Sabo said. “It covers quite a bit of Butler and Warren counties.”
Founded in 2015 in El Paso, Texas, Vroom Delivery now operates there and across southwest Ohio, plus stores in Kentucky and Indiana.
The company’s expansion is planned to continue into Hamilton and Middletown in the first quarter of this year, he said.
“Whenever we do a trade show or marketing event, we’ve had a lot of people ask for this,” Sabo said. “Our customer base is really everywhere, so we’re expanding from what we know into other area north.”
Orders through Vroom Delivery can be made up to 10 days in advance or for same-day delivery until at least 10 p.m., with late-night delivery available past midnight in select locations.
Purchasers must be 21 years old and present valid photo identification that matches the name on the credit card used to make the purchase.
