ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith has been vocal about Bengals coach Marvin Lewis in the past. Most recently, he said Lewis should be fired, but not for Sunday’s shutout loss to the Ravens.

Smith calls Lewis’ 14-year tenure without a playoff win an “abomination.” He’s criticized Lewis and quarterback Andy Dalton throughout that drought.

“I am not saying Marvin Lewis does not deserve to be a head coach,” Smith said. “I am saying he doesn’t deserve to be the head coach in Cincinnati.”

Any more losses that resemble Sunday, and there may be a lot more who agree with Smith.
