Springboro 6, Grosse Point (MI) 0: Ethan Brickner was 2-for-3 with two RBI, Ryan Little was 2-for-3 with a run scored and Jon Snyder struck out four over seven shutout innings for Springboro.
Softball
Badin 9, Fenwick 0: Nicole Rawlings struck out five and ran her record to 7-0 for unbeaten Badin. Shelby Schmitt and Maddie Curtner each doubled and tripled. For Fenwick Alex Mangus had a double.
Ross 5, Harrison 3: Kenzie Meyer paced Ross, going 2-for-4 with an RBI and run scored and picking up the win on the mound. Whitley Arno went 2-for-3 with a double and Ally Ivey scored a pair of runs.
Triad 5, Troy 4: Abby Ehrenborg homered and drove in two and Ali Dixon and Madison Dolby each went 2-for-3 to help Triad prevail.
Boys Tennis
Waynesville 4, Yellow Springs 1: Ben Muth and Gehrig Habermehl each had singles victories for Waynesvilole, with Muth rallying in two tiebreaker sets. Augie Knemeyer of Yellow Springs took his first singles match in straight sets.
