About 18,000 seats will not be in use during the lacrosse/football game because of construction in the stadium. Ohio State has distributed 79,000 seats. Based on the average attendance of students and children under 6 — which do not need tickets — Ohio State expects the stadium to be at capacity.

Even with the construction, Ohio State hopes to lead the nation in spring game attendance for the fourth straight year. A crowd of 80,134 fans attended last year in an under-construction stadium. A national record 100,189 fans attended in 2016 and there was a crowd of 99,391 in 2015.

Parking is free in the lots around the stadium and on campus, with the exception of the west stadium lot. Gates open at 10 a.m., with the lacrosse match set to start at 11. Both games are included with admission.
