Mayfield’s performance against Bengals earns NFL honor

Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield is the AFC’s Offensive Player of the Week (games played Dec. 22-25), the NFL announced today.

Mayfield passed for 284 yards and three touchdowns on 27 of 37 passes (121.9 passer rating) in the Browns' 26-18 win over the Bengals on Sunday. It marked Cleveland's first season sweep of Cincinnati since 2002.
