Former Middie Vince Edwards throws down monster dunk

Middletown High School product Vince Edwards scored 11 points, dished out six assists and had four rebounds Sunday in Purdue’s 91-80 win over Wisconsin.

While that was a solid game from the 6-foot-8 sophomore forward, it was his monster dunk early in the second half that everyone was talking about.

Edwards averages 10.5 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.

The fourth-seed Boilermakers (24-7) open Big Ten Tournament play Friday.
