He caught 29 passes for 364 yards and five touchdowns before re-injuring his back and missing the final two games of the season.
Eifert has yet to play a full 16-game season during his four years in the league. After starting 15 games as a rookie, he has appeared in just 22 of a possible 48 games the last three seasons.
