Pittsburgh could essentially close the door on Cincinnati’s division title hopes this weekend.
The Steelers host the Bengals in a late-afternoon game at Heinz Field Sunday. A loss drops Cincinnati to 2-4, while Pittsburgh would be 5-2 with tiebreakers over every divisional opponent.
The Bengals can keep their division hopes alive with an upset. The Steelers open as a six-point favorite. They’ve beaten the Bengals in six of seven games, covering six times.
Cincinnati won two in a row before its bye. The offense is looking alive since the firing of offensive coordinator Ken Zampese. The Steelers were embarrassed by Jacksonville a week ago, then rebounded to defeat the previously unbeaten Kansas City on the road.
