An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a 76-year-old Cleveland man who suffers from dementia.
Ulysses Williams left his home on foot at 10 p.m. Wednesday and has not returned.
He stands 5 feet 7 inches, weighs 175 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who spots him is urged to call 911 or the Ohio Attorney General’s Missing Persons Unit at 866-693-9171.
