A Nashville-based gourmet, edible cookie dough company is opening a new location in Warren County this summer.

NoBaked is an edible cookie dough company based in Nashville, Tenn.

The eggless cookie dough served at NoBaked is made with heat treated flour and is safe to eat as served. Its staple flavors include Classic Chocolate Chip, Confetti Sugar and Brownie Batter Chip. NoBaked also serves coffee, sundaes and milkshakes.

Founded in March 2017 by Megan Feeman, NoBaked was the first company in Nashville to sell the popular dessert. A storefront opened there in October 2017 followed by a Chattanooga, Tennessee location, Kentucky locations in Louisville and Lexington, and a Missouri location in Springfield.

The shop in the Greater Cincinnati area suburb of Deerfield Twp. will be the first Ohio location for the dessert chain when it opens in Deerfield Towne Center this August.

The Cincinnati market is one that founder Megan Feeman has had her eyes on for a while.

“I always knew that Cincinnati would be our first market in our Ohio expansion plan. I grew up in Louisville and used to drive up to Cincinnati for day shopping trips, so I know the city pretty well,” Feeman said. “We’re excited to be opening up in (the Mason area) specifically, so that we can cater to all of the families in Cincinnati’s surrounding areas.”

NoBaked plans to open more Cincinnati locations in the future, including in Downtown and in Northern Kentucky. Grand opening updates and events will be posted on NoBaked's social media pages, including Facebook and Instagram.

Spectrum

A new Spectrum store is opening Thursday at 7550 Voice of America Drive in West Chester Twp., giving consumers an area option for learning more about Spectrum’s video, internet and voice services.

The new location also will highlight the company’s latest offering, Spectrum Mobile, which combines the nation’s largest LTE network and a nationwide network of Spectrum WiFi hotspots all designed to save customers money.

Along with sampling and ordering Spectrum services, customers can also complete a variety of transactions at the store, including account payments and upgrading or exchanging equipment. Spectrum has additional area stores in Springdale and multiple locations in Cincinnati.

The new location will replace a location that operated in Middletown since 2002.

“We didn’t renew the lease on the old building,” said Mike Hogan, a Spectrum spokesman.

The new location, which is 11 miles away from the existing store, will expand hours to seven days a week and offer expanded hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 12 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“Our new Spectrum stores provide an updated design and enhancements for showcasing innovation across the full suite of Spectrum services,” said Pattie Eliason, group vice president, Spectrum Stores. “Our representatives will show customers the latest advances in technology — including our exciting new Spectrum Mobile options — help them become familiar with using it and put together just the right package of Spectrum services for their home and family.”

Team members will be relocated to the store, Hogan said.

Information on Spectrum store locations can be found online along with more information about Spectrum products and services.

Spectrum payments may also be made at the store and at any Western Union location with Convenience Pay, including one inside the Kroger at 428 Oxford State Road, Middletown, about six miles from the existing store.

Equipment may be returned to UPS Store locations, with one of them being at 3481 S. Dixie Highway, less than a mile from the existing store.
