Man shot in neck in Hamilton taken by helicopter to hospital

Hamilton police are investigating a shooting that happened here this weekend.

Butler County dispatchers told this media outlet they received the call at 8:51 p.m. Saturday that a man had been shot in the neck in the 1200 block of Harmon Avenue, south of Hensley Avenue.

The man was taken by medical helicopter to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, dispatchers said. There’s no word yet on his name, age or condition.

The incident remains under investigation.
