Statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert canceled for Middletown man, 77

The Endangered Missing Adult Alert for John Brill of Middletown has been canceled, according to the Monroe Police Department.

Brill, 77, went missing Sept. 12 around 6 a.m., after leaving his residence and failing to return.

INITIAL REPORT:

A statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for John Brill, 77, of Middletown, who was last seen leaving his residence early Thursday.

Mr. Brill suffers from dementia and uses an oxygen tank.

He was last seen at his residence on Dazey Drive about 6 a.m. Thursday, according to police, and may be driving a maroon Chrysler Town & Country minivan. The license plate is Ohio GIV3607.

Mr. Brill is 5-foot-11 and weighs about 218 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
