WEDNESDAY: Skies will be mostly cloudy with occasional showers and storms through early afternoon. Rain will taper late in the day. A few stronger storms cannot be ruled out, mainly east of I-75. Highs will be in the lower 80s.

THURSDAY: Sunshine returns to the Valley with temperatures moving higher. Highs will rebound into the upper 80s with a heat index topping 90 degrees.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny skies will end the week with hot and muggy conditions in the afternoon. Highs will hit the lower 90s with a heat index of near 100 degrees.
SATURDAY: Expect a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures soaring into the lower to middle 90s. A heat index will once again near 100 degrees. There is a chance for a late day, pop-up storm.
SUNDAY: Partly cloudy skies will end the weekend with a chance for some pop-up late day storms. Outside any storms, it will be hot and humid with highs in the lower 90s.
