Road closures scheduled Friday for Hamilton High homecoming parade

HAMILTON — The Hamilton High School homecoming parade is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, at the Hamilton Freshman School. The parade will continue westbound on Northwest Washington Blvd. until it reaches Hamilton High School on Eaton Avenue.

Traffic will be affected in the following areas:

• Northwest Washington Blvd. between Cleveland Avenue and West Elkton Road will be closed to through traffic at 4:45 p.m.

• All lanes crossing Northwest Washington Blvd. from Cleveland Avenue to Eaton Avenue will be affected

• All parade traffic must enter via West Elkton Road.

Hamilton police officers will be assisting with traffic control during the event.
