DETAILED FORECAST

Highs for Saturday of 66 degrees broke a record of 64 degrees set in 1948. Scattered clouds will gradually clear overnight with lows in the middle 40s, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

Sunday: Another warm and beautiful day. It will become mostly sunny for the afternoon with highs in the low 60s. This will not be anywhere near the record high of 70 degrees set in 1939, but still well above the normal 39 degrees for late February. It stays mainly clear into Sunday night with lows around 40 degrees.

Monday: After a cool start for the kids at the bus stop with temperatures in the 40s, it quickly warms after sunrise with afternoon highs expected in the middle 60s. The record high for the day was set just last year in 2016 at 69 degrees.

Tuesday: Clouds increase quickly as a cold front approaches. This front will bring scattered showers by the afternoon and evening. It will be a bit breezy at times as well. bit still mild with highs in the lower to middle 60s.

Wednesday: Morning clouds will give way to afternoon sunshine. Highs will be in the middle 60s.

Thursday: It will be mostly cloudy with the chance for showers and highs in the middle 60s.
