With help from Zink’s Meat Market in Franklin and Bittersweet Farms at Safe Haven Farms in Middletown, the menu served by Savorie included the eatery’s Twice Baked Smoked Gouda Truffle topped with Signature House Barbecue and Parmesean and its Farm Fresh Spinach and Bacon Quiche with Sweet Balsamic.
Other awards presented by judges at the ceremony included Best Tasting Dish, Best Plate Presentation, Best Booth Display and Top Chef.
