John Drury is wearing a Santa outfit during his regular dance sessions downtown all in the name of bringing holiday cheer to passersby and to collect toys for children in need.

The one-man led toy drive that will see the gifts donated to St. Vincent de Paul in Butler County.
“I’ll be accepting new wrapped or unwrapped toys for girls and boys preferably around the 10-year-old age range,” he said.
On Tuesday, The Dancing Trucker collected more than 30 toys while busting out his dance moves.

“I feel like today we can triple that amount to help the needy children,” he said. “I’m thankful for the outpouring of support from the community to help less fortunate kids at Christmas time.”
Interested in donating? You can usually find “The Dancing Trucker” in front of the Christmas tree at Front and High streets in downtown Hamilton.
