The fifth suspect indicted in connection to a suspected marijuana cultivation and distribution organization has a warrant out for his arrest.
Luke Cochran was indicted on eight drug charges today and is expected to be arraigned Aug. 23.
Travis L. Brunk, Michael J. Hoover, Billy Peyton and Heather Peyton were previously indicted in the case.
The indictments come following the Tactical Crime Suppression Unit’s raids at addresses in Dayton , Kettering and Springboro earlier this year.
During the raids over 100 pounds of processed marijuana, over 130 pounds of marijuana plants, 16 guns and over $36,000 in cash were recovered, the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office said.
