Critical appeal for O Negative blood donors

Hoxworth Blood Center has a critical need for O Negative blood donors.

The blood center has only 64 percent of the optimal inventory needed to serve 31 Tri-State hospitals, according to a statement it released.

To help spur donations, all O Negative donors through Nov. 30 will be entered into a raffle for an iPhone X. One winner will be selected.

Hoxworth operates seven Neighborhood Donor Centers in Anderson, Blue Ash, Ft. Mitchell, Tri-County, Western Hills, West Chester Twp. and the Hoxworth Center adjacent to University Hospital.
