Police arrested a 60-year-old West Chester Twp. man for allegedly exposing himself in the Kroger parking lot.

Arnold Little, 60, 9365 Canal Way, was arrested at 3 p.m. Aug. 20 after a woman reported he allegedly exposed himself and was masturbating in a car at Kroger, 8238 Princeton Glendale Road.

He was charged public indecency, a third-degree misdemeanor, and is scheduled to appear in Butler County Area 3 Court on Sept. 4.
