Dylan McCoy, 22, of Hamilton, was arrested at around 8 a.m. May 16 after West Chester police were called to the Kroger, 8238 Princeton Glendale Road.
McCoy was allegedly still in his car, exposed, when police arrived, according to township spokeswoman Barb Wilson.
McCoy is scheduled to be arraigned May 29 on a second-degree misdemeanor public indecency charge, according to court records.
