That location is just south of St. Joseph Catholic Church on South Second Street, and a couple blocks from Trammell’s home, police said.
Trammell suffered major head trauma and was on the ground “pulseless and not breathing.”
Hamilton Sgt. Richard Burkhardt said Trammell was shot and was targeted. The case is being investigated as a homicide.
There are no arrests.
