Crews respond to accident involving car and semi in Franklin

Crews responded to a report this afternoon of a Franklin crash at Miami and Park avenues involving a semi truck and a vehicle.

The call came at about 12:10 p.m. today. The car has been taken away from the scene, and the semi is off to the side. Police are directing traffic around the scene. No injuries were reported. The truck was hauling shingles, officials said.
