The building — which has room for six storefronts — is set to open by the end of the year, said Brad Austing, development and brokerage executive for Midland.
Midland is in talks with other potential tenants as well, Austing previously told Journal-News.
Elsewhere in Liberty Twp., construction is continuing on the $350 million Liberty Center project, the mega shopping, dining, residential and office complex under construction at the crossroads of Interstate 75, Ohio 129 and Liberty Way. The center is scheduled to open its first phase — consisting of more than 1 million-square-feet spread over about 65 acres — in October.
