The Butler County Sheriff’s Office said a 26-year-old man has been arrested after his Okeana neighbor was found shot to death Saturday.

Sheriff Richard K. Jones said the suspect is Austin Combs, 26. Deputies were called to a home in the 2700 block of Chapel Road for a shooting, where they found one person dead.

There is an ongoing investigation and charges are pending.
