A Brookville man was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail Thursday following his indictment by a grand jury on nearly 50 child pornography charges.

Matthew Daniel Seery, 36, is facing 49 counts, including 28 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and 21 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, according to a grand jury report.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 3 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
