Halloscene free indoor trick-or-treating at Scene75 is returning for its seventh year in Dayton Thursday, Oct. 25 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Scene75 will open its doors for a warm and safe trick-or-treat event and costume contest for kids 12 and younger. Halloscene is the entertainment center’s biggest special event of the year. Each year, more than 3,500 people have poured into Scene75 looking for a spooky sweet tooth fix.

“It was a rainy, cold trick-or-treat night (2013) and parents were looking for a venue that could allow their kids to experience the wonders of Halloween in a safe, warm, and dry environment,” according to a Scene75 press release. ... “We decided to put together the event at 11 a.m. With just 7 hours of planning, over 2,000 guests came to that first Halloscene. Now, it has evolved into our favorite day of the year and a tradition among the community. It shows the need for local parents to have a safe and controlled environment for their kids to experience Halloween.”
