Tyler Perry’s Madea farewell play tour includes a stop in Dayton this week

Comedy icon, “Madea,” will be hanging up her wig in 2019. However, not before she gives the nation, including the Wright State University Nutter Center, one last laugh.

Filmmaker and comedian Tyler Perry’s “Madea’s Farewell Play Tour” includes a show at Wright State’s Nutter Center on Tuesday, April 9.

Tickets can be purchased through ticketmaster.com and range in price from $48, $68, $78, $88 and $113. Children 2 and older need a ticket for entry.

“Tyler Perry’s “Madea’s Farewell Play Tour” will be Perry’s 21st stage play. In addition to Perry, the play will star Tamela Mann, David Mann and Cassi Davis Patton.
