There will be information on creating cash flow, finding properties, investing and financing during the 2½ hour training workshop.
The live training is free to the first 100 people to register at each session.
The Middletown session is planned to start at 6 p.m. Oct. 22 at Forest Hills Country Club, 791 Fourth Ave.
The Springfield session will begin at noon Oct. 24 at Quality Inn and Conference Center, 383 E. Leffel Lane.
Other area events are planned in Cincinnati, Blue Ash and Covington, Ky.
Attendees will receive a MP3 player and a CD that includes tips on 50 ways to find properties to flip. The first 100 attendees at each event will be registered to win a free iPad.
