Middletown was the first city in Ohio to have successfully created such a district when its law passed in 2015.
She said the DMI organization is looking forward to creating an even bigger and better event in the fall.
“We, too, are bummed about this news, along with the dozens of Downtown businesses that were looking forward to sharing in the fun,” DMI said in a social media post. “We know that we will make it up to you with an even better event!”
She said patrons who originally purchased tickets will receive a discount code when the new date is set.
