COST: Deli sandwiches are $3.75 or $5.50 for a combo, the 7” pizza is $3.75 or $5.50 with chips and a drink. Large pizza’s are $10.99. The Sunday Brunch Buffet is $9.99 for adults and $5.99 for kids under 10. The Farm Boy Special is $6.99 ** note-- the buffet and Farm Boy special do not include a drink. All meats, cheeses and candies are priced by the pound.

CRITICS CHOICE: 7” pizza with everything, and The Billy Bob
It’s been awhile since we stopped at the Barn-n-Bunk for a bite to eat, and much has changed. While Trenton’s family farm market still offers plenty of produce, craft barns and special events, diners now have several options when looking for a snack, a sandwich or a full meal.
“We now offer hot sandwiches in our deli and our Sunday Brunch Buffet has more items including desserts,” said owner Bev Theobald.
When Theobald purchased the sub baking oven last year, she soon realized that pizzas could also be an option so they too, have been added to the deli menu. Coming in a 7” personal size or a 14” large, the pizza’s are simple yet fresh and topping choices include pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions.
The deli sandwich menu features hot or cold creations like the Billy Bob which is made with Amish roast beef and Horseradish Cheddar Cheese. The Gobbler features turkey breast and marble cheese and the Farm Boy has Amish ham with a mild Swiss. The sandwiches are large and are made with Troyer products which come from Ohio’s Amish country in Holmes county. They can be ordered by themselves or in a combo which includes chips and a drink. Meats and cheeses can be purchased by the pound in the deli, and party trays and carry out are available.
The Sunday Brunch Buffet at the Barn-n-Bunk has also grown over the past few years and desserts and puddings are now included in the buffet price. For those looking for a family style Sunday dinner, The Farm Boy Special is offered in the buffet barn and includes an entree, salad, mashed potatoes, and rolls. Reservations for parties larger than six are accepted but are not necessary.
Home made candies are still available in the Ice Cream shop and for those watching their calories some sugar free choices are available. Last year, the owners switched ice cream brands and now serve Velvet with 16 flavors and several sugar free choices. Hot Dogs, Walking Tacos, cotton candy, and candy apples are also served at many of the Barn-n-Bunk festivals that are held throughout the year.
