That didn't happen last year. After the draft was pushed into mid May, the Bengals scrapped the rookie camp and had the new players join the veterans during OTA workouts.
The Bengals have yet to announce their roster of undrafted college free agents signed at the conclusion of Saturday's seventh round, but through player and agent accounts on Twitter it appears the team has filled its roster with the maximum of 90 players.
The list includes University of Miami quarterback Ryan Williams, running backs Mark Weisman (Iowa) and Terrell Watson (Asuza Pacific), wide receivers Jake Kumerow (Wisconsin-Whitewater) and Joe Craig (Memphis), tight end Matt Lengel (Eastern Kentucky), offensive linemen Jake Smith (Louisville) and Chris Jasperse (Marshall), defensive linemen Dezmond Johnson (Duke) and DeShawn Williams (Clemson), linebackers Tony Bell (Tennessee-Martin) and Trevor Roach (Nebraska), cornerback Troy Hill (Oregon), safety Floyd Raven (Texas A&M) and kicker Tom Obarski (Concordia-St. Paul).
A number of other players will attend the rookie camp on a tryout basis, including Moeller High School and Miami University quarterback Andrew Hendrix, who was part of the Bengals local-player workout the week before the draft.
The team will hold its first on-field workout from 3:10-4:40 p.m. Friday.
