James Tyler has been a special sections editor for the Dayton Daily News for more than 25 years. A graduate of the University of Dayton and Wright State University, he has been the editor of the Skywrighter newspaper for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for the past 10 years and also coordinates the Homes Plus sections for the Dayton Daily News and Springfield News-Sun.
