Two sophomores accounted for Big Blue’s other touchdown as well, a 20-yard pass from Quincy Simms-Marshall to Daryan Bowling. Zach Welch added a 27-yard field goal and four extra points.

Anderson rallied from a 31-24 deficit with two touchdowns in the last seven minutes. The Redskins (2-0) managed just 61 yards on the ground, but got a 32-of-42, 458-yard effort from quarterback David Thompson, who threw for five TDs.
The top receivers for Anderson were Eric Curless (16 catches, 220 yards, TD) and Joey Newton (nine catches, 178 yards, three TDs). The clinching score was a 1-yard pass from Thompson to Ross Parrish with 1:15 left.
The game started Friday night, but had to be finished Saturday due to inclement weather.
HHS (0-2) will begin Greater Miami Conference play at home against Fairfield on Friday, while the Redskins are set to host Harrison.
Lakota East also lost to visiting Kings 27-24 in another weather-delayed game Saturday. The Thunderhawks rallied from a 20-3 halftime deficit before coming up short.
East (1-1) travels to Middletown for its GMC opener Friday. Kings (2-0) is heading to Covington (Ky.) Catholic that night.
