Lakota West grad Marissa Steen is headed back to the LPGA Tour.

Steen finished eighth on the Symetra Tour money list after Sunday's season-ending tour championship to earn one of 10 LPGA Tour cards for next year.

Steen finished first on the money list in 2014 to earn her ticket to the LPGA Tour in 2015. But a rib injury early in 2015 year derailed her season. She missed 14 of 18 cuts on the LPGA Tour.

Back on the Symetra Tour this year, Steen record nine top-10 finishes and won $72,496.

Steen graduated from West in 2008 and played collegiately at the University of Memphis
