ESPN projects Luke Kennard as a first rounder

Luke Kennard has had a big impact on the college basketball season at Duke.

The 6-foot-5 sophomore guard is averaging 20.4 points per game for the Blue Devils.

Where would the Franklin graduate end up if he declared for the 2017 NBA Draft?

ESPN's Chad Ford projected him going 20th in his most recent mock draft and staying in the Tar Heel State with the Charlotte Hornets.

Of course, lots can happen between now and summer, and Kennard could opt to stick around Durham for another year or two.

But, hey, it’s always nice to have options.
