Matt Wilcox is getting a jumpstart on his college career.

The former Wayne standout is one of two Bowling Green early enrollees the school announced Monday.

Wilcox logged 31 catches for 352 yards for the GWOC National East champions in the fall, helping the Warriors advance to the regional finals.

For his career, Wilcox hauled in 188 passes for 2,525 yards.

In 2016, there were three former Warriors on the Bowling Green roster – linebacker Dorian Hendrix, offensive lineman Davaughn Alexander and receiver Tristan Davis.

Hendrix, a Kentucky transfer, had 11 tackles, including two for loss and a sack.

Also enrolling early for the Falcons is Jarrett Doege, a quarterback from Lubbock, Texas.
