Any musical involving pie is only going to get better if you actually get to eat pie, too.

Partial to Pie Bakery is offering a pie deal to customers who bring in a ticket stub or proof of ticket purchase to the visiting Broadway production “Waitress.” They will get $1 off one piece of pie.

Partial to Pie is located at 200 Shroyer Road in Dayton.

“Inspired by Adrienne Shelley’s beloved film, ‘Waitress’ tells the story of Jenna — a waitress and expert pie maker. Jenna dreams of a way out of her small town and loveless marriage,” according to a Victoria Theatre Association press release. “A baking contest in a nearby county and the town’s new doctor may offer her a chance at a fresh start, while her fellow waitresses offer their own recipes for happiness. But Jenna must summon the strength and courage to rebuild her own life.”
