Graeter's ice cream introduces malted pretzel ball flavor

Graeter’s Ice Cream will release five new “bonus flavors” this summer, and the first is out.

Malted pretzel ball is described by the company as "a vanilla malt base, bringing back the nostalgic flavors of sweet vanilla with chocolate covered pretzel balls for a crunch and salty sweet surprise."

Each new ice cream is considered a “limited time only” flavor, and once it’s gone from scoop shops and online, the flavor is retired for the year.

The other flavors will be announced every three weeks, culminating with the last announcement on Aug. 5.
