Fall in love with these heart-shaped donuts and decadent treats for Valentine’s Day

Hmmmm...donuts.

There’s no better time to treat your sweetheart — or yourself — to the delicious baked combinations of frosting and sprinkles for Valentine’s Day.

Here are four places serving up heavenly baked goods you will fall in love with.

Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons has cooked up two new heart-shaped donuts, the Vanilla Be Mine Donut and Chocolate Be Mine Donut, available at participating restaurants starting Feb. 6.

If you are a fan of donuts filled with raspberry jam you’ll fall in love with the Vanilla Be Mine topped with fondant and red shimmer.

The Chocolate Be Mine is a venetian cream-filled donut dipped in chocolate fondant and also decorated in a red shimmer.

Along with the heart-shaped donuts, for a limited time, participating Tim Hortons will also have special baked goods and beverages.

Red velvet French vanilla, latte and hot chocolate drinks will warm your heart and red velvet cookies, muffins and white chocolate cranberry scones will be available.

Dunkin’

Dunkin’ has unveiled its lineup for Valentine’s Day, including a return of their own heart-shaped donuts.

Also hot out of the oven are classic frosted donuts dressed up with special “Bling Sprinkles” that are a new way to make “Valentine’s Day sparkle,” according to a press release. The donuts come in a variety of flavors including Chocolate Bling Frosted, Strawberry Bling Frosted and Vanilla Bling Frosted.

The first donut featuring two fillings, the new Cooke Dough & Brownie Batter Double Filled Donut, will be available for a limited time.

A 10-count box of Dunkin’s MUNCHKINS donut hole treats will be available for a special price of $2 for a limited time at participating locations nationwide.

Graeter’s Ice Cream

Love Graeter’s classic Black Rasberry Chip ice cream?

For the month of February the very popular ice cream flavor will transform into Black Raspberry Chip donuts at its bakery locations.

You can pre-order the tasty treats by phone, or in person at one of these stores. Bakery orders must be placed by 2 p.m. the day before it needs to be picked up.

These special donuts are Graeter’s way of celebrating the relaunch of another ice-cream flavored treat that’s become a favorite among local food and craft beer enthusiasts: Braxton Brewing Co.’s Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip Milk Stout.

The one-of-a-kind Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip Milk Stout is a creatively crafted beverage with Graeter’s exclusive black raspberry puree, Braxton Brewing Co. brings beer drinkers a dark brew with notes of roasted barley and a creamy texture.

Consumers can visit Braxton Brewing Co.'s taprooms to try the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip Milk Stout, as well as find cans in Kroger-area stores throughout Northern Kentucky, Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton and Cincinnati for a limited time.
