The vice president is scheduled to be in Cincinnati at Lunken Airport on Wednesday at 6 p.m. Doors will open at 4 p.m. Anyone interested in attending also can register at the Trump website.

Tickets for both event are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Democrat Joe Biden and President Donald Trump have made Ohio more of a focus in the final two months of the campaign. Trump defeated Hillary Clinton by 8 percentage points in Ohio in 2016, and many analysts believed the Buckeye State was moving from purple to red.

Recent polls in Ohio show the race close, mostly within the margin of error.

On Sept. 30, Donald Trump Jr. came to the same Tipp City venue that Karen Pence will visit this week.
