The Fairfield community is supporting its non-profits in a new way. Here’s how.

Through the generosity of one of its donors, the Fairfield Community Foundation is partnering with Community Development Professionals to offer a new grant.

The purpose of the Sustainability Grant is to help prepare an organization’s long term success by offering the selected nonprofit a one year executive training program with Community Development Professionals (CDP). CDP will work with nonprofit leadership to develop a Nonprofit Development Strategy and execute an action plan over the year.

Organizations must provide projects or services of direct benefit to citizens of Fairfield and Fairfield Township. Grant making policy and specific grant decisions are made by the Board of Trustees.
