Ohio State Attack: 911 calls describe chaotic attack, aftermath

Newly released 911 calls describe the moments of chaos that followed a knife attack at The Ohio State University Monday morning.

Multiple callers described the suspect, later identified as 20-year-old OSU student Abdul Razak Ali Artan, driving a vehicle into a crowd of people and attacking them with a knife.

“This guy…we were all standing outside and the fire alarm went off,” One caller reported. “This guy in a Honda Civic came out, ran through the crowd, jumped out of his car and started chasing down people with a knife. He was running down Woodruff. And that’s all I seen. Oh my God.”

The suspect was later shot and killed by Ohio State University Police Officer, and Fairfield native Alan Horujko.
