In an interview Thursday with Fox News’ Bill Hemmer, Kasich said the “ball is in his court.”

Kasich, who was Trump’s last opponent in the primaries, criticized some of Trump’s past statements, including his recent comments saying a federal judge should not rule on his Trump University case because he has Mexican heritage.

Kasich said that “there was never a chance” of him running as vice president with Trump.

Kasich did say Trump “can change,” and that he was open to supporting him.

“I’m not going to endorse Hillary Clinton, that’s for sure.
