Police said Frazier was driving the vehicle and Johnny Bolden was the passenger. Police smelled marijuana and Bolden had an active warrant for his arrest, police said. When asked, Frazier told police there was a gun in the glove box, then he retracted that statement.
When police told Frazier they were searching for a possible gun, he reached toward the glove box, the report read. Frazier was given “several verbal commands,” police said, but he opened the glove box and pulled out a firearm. He raised the gun in the air, then threw it back into the glove box, according to police.
